Standard safety feature - Socket will only accept matching 63 amp 5 pin couplers sockets, no other size will fit.

Pilot pin - The pilot pin connects / disconnects after the main pins to ensure the connection is broken before the pins on the plug are unshrouded and the connection is made only when the plug pins are fully shrouded.
