Delivery and Returns


                 - Orders purchased before 1PM ( Monday to Friday ), we aim to dispatch the same day.

                 - Orders purchased after 1PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

                 - Orders purchased during weekends or bank / statutory holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

       The following services can be selected by our customers:

             Local Collection – Can be picked up from our Shop located in Ballymena (N.Ireland)

             Domestic (UK) - Royal Mail 24 or Signed For ( 1 to 3 working day )

                                     - Royal Mail 48 or Signed For ( 2 to 5 working days )

                                     - Royal Mail Next Day service ( Guaranteed Next working Day before 1PM )

                                     - Parcel Force 24 hour or Parcel Force 48 Hour service

                                     - UPS Express Saver (1-2 days) or UPS Standard ( 1-8 days )


             Europe and EU - Royal Mail Standard Non-tracked service ( up to 2KG )

                                      - Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Signed service ( up to 2KG )

                                      - UPS Express Saver

                                      - UPS Standard

                                      - Packages outside the UK are passed to the local delivery service of that country and delivery times vary based on that local service.


                We reserve the right to change the courier or service, for adequate or better option.

                All delivery times are an estimate only according to the information provided by our couriers.

                Delivery times can vary for many reasons out of our control e.g ( weather conditions, local services )



                 For any returns you must contact us first within a reasonable time,

                 either over the phone, +44 (0) 28 2564 2228 or E-mail,

         Goods Purchased in error / No longer required:

                     Must be returned in their original packaging ( Unopened and unused )

                     Arrangements will be made for credit or refund, ( Partial - minus our original delivery costs. )

         Faulty / Defected Goods:

                     Products that are faulty must be returned ASAP within the warranty period,

                     Faulty or defected Products will be checked and tested when received.

                     If the product is found to be faulty or defected after reasonable inspection,

                     Arrangements will be made to replace, credit or issue a full refund.

         Non-Faulty Goods:

                     Products returned as faulty will be checked and tested, if the item is not faulty,

                     Arrangements will be made to send the product back, credit or issue a partial refund,

                     minus our original delivery costs and a fee to cover the cost of stock replacement.
